How to Upload an ID / Selfie.

To protect your health information and ensure the highest level of security, RocketRX uses a two-step identity verification process. This involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a current selfie for cross-verification. These steps are a critical safety measure required by medical laws to prevent fraud and ensure you are of legal age for treatment.

Follow the guidelines below to complete the verification process quickly and securely.

Accepted Forms of Identification

Before you begin, ensure you have one of the following valid, government-issued IDs:

  • Driver’s License

  • Passport

  • State ID

  • Military ID

Your ID must clearly show your full name, date of birth, a clear photo, and a valid expiration date.

Step 1: Upload Your Photo ID

  1. Click the secure upload link provided in your verification email or log in to your RocketRX account.

  2. Click the "Upload Photo" button to browse files on your device.

Before submitting, ensure:

  • Clarity: The photo is bright and clear—not dark or blurry.

  • Visibility: All four corners of the ID are fully visible in the frame.

  • Unobstructed: Nothing is covering any part of the ID text or your photo.

Once the image looks correct, click "Confirm and Continue."

Step 2: Upload Your Selfie

After your ID is uploaded, you must provide a current, full-face selfie. This confirms that the person completing the consultation matches the ID provided.

Selfie Guidelines:

  • Face Visibility: Your entire face must be clearly visible and match your ID.

  • The "Wave" Pose: Ensure your upper torso is in the frame and one arm is raised (as if you are waving hello).

  • Lighting: Use a well-lit area so the photo is not dark or grainy.

Confirmation & Troubleshooting

  • Success: If you are automatically redirected to your consultation or order screen, your upload was successful.

  • Error Messages: If you see an error after uploading, please do not worry—in most cases, the upload was still received. Our clinical team will reach out if we need a clearer image.

  • Pro Tip: Quickly wipe your camera lens to prevent blurriness and take photos near a window for the best natural light.
