Tracking your RocketRX order is quick and easy through your account dashboard.
Use this article when you want to:
Check the shipping status of an existing RocketRX order
Find your tracking information or delivery updates
View your estimated delivery date
Access your order details through your RocketRX account
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Sign in to your RocketRX account using the same email address you used when placing your order.
Once logged in, click ‘Account’ in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 2: Open Your Order History
From your account dashboard, select ‘Order History’ to view your previous and current orders.
Step 3: Track Your Delivery
Locate the order you’d like to track, then select ‘Track Delivery’ to view your shipment details.
You’ll be able to view real-time tracking updates, shipping progress, and your estimated delivery date.
