When can I cancel my Rocket RX subscription?
You can cancel your Rocket RX subscription up to 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
You can view your next Rocket RX shipment date in your Rocket RX account dashboard.

f you do not cancel your Rocket RX subscription at least 48 hours before your scheduled shipment:
Your Rocket RX subscription will automatically renew
Your payment for the next Rocket RX shipment will be processed
Your next Rocket RX order will continue as scheduled
How to cancel your Rocket RX subscription
To cancel your Rocket RX subscription:
Log in to your Rocket RX account
Navigate to Account > Subscription Settings
Select Cancel Subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your Rocket RX subscription cancellation
Important information about Rocket RX subscription cancellations
After your Rocket RX subscription is cancelled:
Future Rocket RX subscription shipments will stop
Future Rocket RX subscription charges will not be processed
Any Rocket RX orders already processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation
Please make sure you cancel your Rocket RX subscription before the 48-hour cancellation window closes.
