Rocket RX makes it easy to reorder a treatment you have ordered before. You can reorder your previous Rocket RX medication through your account dashboard, update your medical information if anything has changed, and choose whether you want a one-time order or a Rocket RX subscription.
Use this article when you want to:
Reorder a previous Rocket RX treatment
Update your consultation before reordering
Change your medication strength or quantity
Start or manage a Rocket RX subscription during reorder
Step 1: Log in to your Rocket RX account
To begin your Rocket RX reorder:
Go to the Rocket RX homepage
Click Log In in the top-right corner of the page
Log in using the same Rocket RX account you used for your original order

Step 2: Find your previous Rocket RX order
After logging in to your Rocket RX account, your most recent Rocket RX order may appear at the top of your account for quick access.
If your most recent Rocket RX order is the treatment you want:
Select Reorder
If you want to reorder a different Rocket RX treatment:
Open Account Dashboard
Select Order History
Review your previous Rocket RX orders

Step 3: Select the treatment you want to reorder
From your Rocket RX Patient Record page:
Scroll through your previous Rocket RX treatments
Find the medication you want to reorder
Click Re-order this treatment

Step 4: Review and update your Rocket RX consultation
Before Rocket RX can process your reorder, you may need to complete your consultation again.
Rocket RX will automatically pre-fill your previous consultation answers.
Review each Rocket RX consultation question and update any information if your medical history, medications, symptoms, or health information has changed since your last order.

Step 5: Review your recommended Rocket RX treatment
After submitting your Rocket RX consultation, a recommended Rocket RX treatment will appear based on your updated answers.
From the treatment selection page, you can:
Change your medication strength
Change your quantity
Choose Subscription or One-time purchase
Select your preferred delivery schedule if you choose a Rocket RX subscription
Browse other Rocket RX treatment options if you prefer a different medication
When your selections are complete, click Choose treatment.

Step 6: Complete your Rocket RX checkout
Once you are ready to complete your Rocket RX reorder:
Click Go to Checkout
Review your shipping address and confirm all details are correct
Select your preferred shipping method
Review your final order details, including pricing
Click Place Order
After your Rocket RX order has been successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation page.
