What is Your Return and Refund Policy?

Use this article when you want to:

  • Understand whether medications can be returned

  • Cancel an order before it is prescribed

  • Learn what happens if you cancel after your prescription has been issued

Your safety is our priority, and because prescription medications are regulated products, there are important restrictions around returns, cancellations, and refunds.


Medication Returns

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of medication once it has left the pharmacy.

Returned medications cannot be reused or resold, even if the packaging is unopened.

If you have unused or unwanted medication, we recommend disposing of it safely through your local pharmacy or approved medication disposal program.


Cancelling an Order Before Prescription

If your order has not yet been prescribed, you may request cancellation before your medication is approved by our medical team.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care Team through the contact form as soon as possible.


Orders Already Prescribed

If your medication has already been prescribed but has not yet shipped, we are unable to issue a direct refund.

Instead, we will issue store credit for the full order value.

Your credit:

  • Has no expiration date

  • Can be used on any future RocketRX order

  • Will be automatically applied at checkout


Important to Know

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded due to pharmacy safety regulations.
